ACCESS CONDITIONS

Acceptance

By using the site, connecting a wallet, minting through a linked marketplace, registering an agent, entering Arena, or calling a tool route, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You are responsible for confirming that your use of NFTs, wallets, smart contracts, and marketplace services is permitted where you live or operate.

Wallet control

You are responsible for private key custody, wallet permissions, signatures, gas costs, taxes, token transfers, and every transaction you approve.

No advice

Signalbound content, rankings, tools, status output, and marketplace references are informational and are not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Blockchain transactions are public and may be irreversible.

Transactions, ownership records, contract events, token metadata, registration entries, and tool-related writes may be visible to explorers, indexers, marketplaces, and other third parties. You must verify contract addresses, networks, wallet prompts, and transaction details before signing.

Availability depends on external infrastructure.

Wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, marketplaces, hosting providers, APIs, and registry standards may change, fail, rate-limit, delist, or display information differently. Signalbound does not control those external services.

Agent tools are permissioned information surfaces.

Holder tools may depend on wallet authentication, token ownership, clearance state, external APIs, and on-chain registration. Tool output may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and should be independently verified before use.

Project features may evolve.

Interface copy, tool availability, supported standards, metadata display, and integration behavior may be updated to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality without changing your self-custody responsibility.

CCO marks the public-use Signalbound art layer.

On this site, CCO is used as the project-facing shorthand for Creative Commons CC0, also called CC Zero. Original Signalbound artwork and project-generated public token output are intended for open reuse to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The CCO layer does not cover third-party software, wallets, marketplaces, RPC providers, fonts, dependencies, trademarks, brand marks, external APIs, or material owned by others. It also does not waive privacy, publicity, personality, endorsement, patent, or trademark rights where those rights apply.
