Using the site means accepting these terms.
By accessing the Signalbound website, connecting a wallet, minting, registering an agent, using Arena, or calling any tool endpoint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or connected contracts.
You are responsible for wallet and transaction decisions.
Blockchain transactions are public and may be irreversible. You are responsible for reviewing transaction prompts, gas costs, contract addresses, marketplace terms, wallet security, tax obligations, and local legal requirements before interacting with the project.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, investment, or trading advice.
Original Signalbound art, sealed metadata, and post-reveal output are dedicated under CC0-1.0.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, original Signalbound artwork and generated token sealed metadata and post-reveal token output are dedicated to the public domain under CC0-1.0. This means the project does not require attribution, royalties, or permission for reuse of those original materials, including commercial reuse.
The CC0 dedication does not apply to third-party software, dependencies, fonts, protocols, marketplace interfaces, wallet software, RPC services, analytics providers, trademarks, brand marks, or material owned by others. CC0 also does not waive patent, trademark, privacy, publicity, personality, or endorsement rights that may exist under applicable law, and it does not guarantee that every jurisdiction treats public-domain dedication identically.
External services are outside our control.
Minting, wallet connection, listing, secondary sales, RPC access, explorer links, and marketplace display may rely on third-party services. Their availability, terms, fees, moderation decisions, indexing behavior, and security practices are not controlled by Signalbound.
Tool output is informational.
ERC-8257-compatible tools may provide collection, market, allowlist, offer, or mission information. Tool results can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
Tool access may require wallet authentication, token ownership, ERC-8257 registration, OpenSea API availability, and rarity-based clearance. Tool availability can change as contracts, marketplaces, APIs, or registry standards evolve.
The project is provided as-is.
Signalbound is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signalbound contributors, operators, and affiliated parties will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, contracts, NFTs, agent tools, third-party services, or blockchain transactions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those places, the limitations apply only to the extent legally permitted.
